I have a house in the martial arts and sports constantly blows my inner thighs, and generally just inconvenient. How can I comfort with a sporty?

Comfort and a cup is. It's never really comfortable. However, compression shorts with a slot for a cup of great help. Or compression shorts, using the athlete. I do it and it works well.

I made a brief compression of baseball cup with a pocket in them. That and a cup of appropriate size is not quite well, but I jab. Furthermore, only used if unchecked, for training in general.
Mine is too uncomfortable. I think I might have a softer compound.
